CARL PAUL LAMB

Born in Terre Haute, Indiana and graduated from Terre Haute South Vigo High School.

After high school, Carl served four (4) years with the United States Marine Corps, where he was stationed in Pensacola, Florida, Edzell, Scotland and Camp Lejuene, North Carolina.  During Carl's service to our country, he was involved in the top secret intercept of manual morse code messages of those countries in opposition to the USA.  During his service in the USMC, Carl received three (3) meritorious promotions.

Following service with the Marine Corps, Carl attending Indiana University, Bloomington -- where he graduated in 1981 with a triple major in Political Science, Hisory and Slavic Languages and Literatures (concentration in Russian language).  In addition, Carl was awarded a Certificate of Specialization from the Russian and Eastern European Studies.

Carl graduated in 1984 from Indiana University School of Law -- Indianapolis.  Licensed to practice law June 1, 1984.  His Indiana Attorney Number is 10286-53.

Carl is married to Angela Lamb.  Carl has six (6) children and two (2) grandchildren.  Carl is actively involved in volunteering his time to coach youth in the community from baseball, basketball to soccer.  Carl and his family attend Sherwood Oaks Christian Church. Carl and his wife, Angie, are currently involved in assisting with the Sherwood Oaks Christian Church Sunday School "Hot Spot," as Small Group Leaders for 3rd and 4th grade boys and girls.

MATTHEW RAPER

Matt was born in Bloomington, Indiana in June of 1984 to Larry and Barb Raper.  He has one sibling – a twin brother, Brandon.  He graduated in 2002 from Eagan High School in Eagan, Minnesota.

 After high school, Matt attended Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri, where he graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Management concentration).  While at Truman State, Matt was on the Executive Board of the Residence Hall Association (RHA) and was on the Regional Board of Directors for the Midwest Affiliate of College and University Residence Halls (MACURH).

 Matt is a 2009 graduate of the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, where he was a participant in the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition.  Matt was admitted to practice law in October of 2009 by the Indiana Supreme Court as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Matt has been married to his wife, Amanda, since June of 2006.  They have two children and two dogs.
